We are looking for high-energy, self-motivated and goal oriented Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of relevant experience in software industry to drive incremental revenue through new client prospecting and targeted demand generation activities for Indian and Global Market.

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound calling efforts on prospects identified as potentially needing our software solutions. (Includes contacting the active in-house prospect list);
- Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis and initial introduction and product demonstrations;
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions;
- Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow up and contact programs;
- Work with sales team on sales pitch and prospect presentations and proposals;

- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, services, sales, customer retention and customer acquisition;
- Adhere to all quality standard, timelines and processes, for the acquisition of customer, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents;
- Develop effective working relationship with customers through regular calls and emails and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities;
- Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and actively work towards addressing their issues/concerns.
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication);
- 2 years of successful B2B experience in client acquisition, across the world;
- In-depth knowledge and experience within a variety of industries, with experience and/or understanding of Microsoft technologies like SharePoint and InfoPath;
- Proven track record in software services related sales with a demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients.
- At least one client contract closure between USD 5K – 10K.
